A well-established leader in the interior retail space is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Administrator to join their team. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth collaboration across design, sales, and production teams.
What You’ll Do
As part of our Group Operations team, you will:
• Coordinate production schedules and facilitate daily scheduling meetings to align teams and update stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records, verify production documents, and ensure sales order consistency.
• Liaise with sales, design, and operations to communicate progress, manage changes, and meet deadlines.
• Procure raw materials and services, balancing cost-effectiveness with timely delivery.
• Organise transportation and installation logistics, working with installers and coordinating equipment.
• Prepare reports to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
